Derek Hess
Derek attended San Diego State University and completed his bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2007. Derek is a licensed CPA in California who has been working at a local public accounting firm in La Jolla since graduation. After meeting Noel several years ago in a small group, Derek got plugged into the TCI movement after hearing about the need for a chief financial officer. With this position, Derek helps the team maintain realistic expectations while managing the flow of resources.
