Noel Musicha, CEO/President
Noel is the founder and cultural architect behind the Chisomo Idea movement. He was born and raised in Malawi, Africa and graduated from San Diego Christian College with a BA in Communication and Biblical studies. He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership at National University in California. Noel has also played professional soccer with different clubs–currently with the new San Diego club, The San Diego Flash. Noel and his wife Melissa live in San Diego and proudly serve in youth ministry at Flood Church. He continues to serve as the volunteer CEO and President of The Chisomo Idea.
